Get Customised was a start up company established in 2013 by Jennifer Smith who at the time had over 10 years industry experience in the promotional design and print industry who successfully secured start up funding by Dragon's Den's James Caan's Start Up Loan Company project and then set up a base within her (now) husband's record shop establishing the business locally and also nationally.  From here she gained local customers, catering for small one off print jobs as well as corporate orders too.

Through their record shop and music industry contacts she saw the business move forward in the direction of the music industry where her first milestone job was supplying the branded tshirts for a mainstream DJ competition event by charity 'Last Night a DJ Saved My Life' where the competition winner won a DJ set in the Houses of Parliament alongside Fat Boy Slim.

Soon Get Customised secured the merchandise contract for the national annual event 'Record Store Day'   where they supplied branded merchandiseincluding carrier bags, tshirts, slipmats, tote bags, stickers to participating record shops all over the UK and successfully continued to do so for several years.  One year Get Customised also printed a custom Record Store Day t-shirt to then ambassador 'Rag n' Bone Man'.

Since then Get Customised, now the UK record shop's most popular and trusted supplier has continued to supply custom music merchandise to it's music industry customers including shops, record labels and artists including Ed Sheeran
